These cycles, named "Expansion Phase" and "Consolidation Phase", illustrate somnOO's thoughtful approach to managing hotel investments, emphasizing financial stability and progressive growth. By combining these two cycles, somnOO creates long-term value for all stakeholders involved.

Operations & Minority detention with preferred buy out mechanism of co-investors

Cycle 1 : Expansion Phase

SomnOO acts as operator and minority shareholder of the hotel, while the co-investors hold the majority stake. With strong incentives for somnOO, interests with co-investors are aligned.

Operations & Conversion of minority in majority detentions

Cycle 2 : Consolidation Phase
17 hotels

SomnOO continues to operate the hotel and becomes the majority shareholder by buying out the shares of its co-investors. Liquidity for co-investors is simplified by somnOO's knowledge of the hotels and by the continuity of its management.

This model ensures that the interests of investor partners and somnOO are aligned, and promotes long-term stability. Value creation is achieved through the management of hotel operations and investment programs, all based on a solid real estate foundation.
