WITH THE ACQUISITION OF 4 NEW HOTELS, SOMNOO CONTINUES TO EXPAND IN FRANCE

In a period of rapid expansion, somnOO, the hotel operator-investor, announces the acquisition in the first quarter of 2022 of 4 hotels (properties and funds) in Arras and the south of France. somnOO is thus consolidating its portfolio of wholly-owned hotels and pursuing its development strategy. The 5-year target is to manage around 100 hotels, 40 of which are majority-owned.

- Hotel L’Univers Arras, a 4-star property with 38 rooms, including 6 meeting rooms, a restaurant and a bar. The renovation of the hotel is scheduled for 2022.
- Hotel Best Western Plus Le Lavarin Avignon, a 4-star property with 48 rooms, including a restaurant, a SPA with 2 pools. An extension of the hotel is scheduled in 2023.
- A combo of 2 hotels ibis styles and ibis budget Arles Palais de Congrès, totalling 144 2- and 3-star rooms, including 4 meeting rooms, a restaurant and a pool. The renovation of the meeting room is scheduled in 2022.
