SOMNOO announces 2 new majority-owned acquisitions in Cergy Pontoise
The 2 establishments are located in Cergy Pontoise, a major business park in the west of the Paris conurbation. As announced, Somnoo, hotel owner and operator, is continuing its expansion in France, with 8 majority-owned establishments and 42 minority-owned. This operation adds a further 123 rooms to its portfolio, with :
- Mercure Cergy****, 57 rooms, 2 seminar rooms and a bar
- Ibis Budget Cergy ST Christophe **, 66 rooms, ideally located in a business district in the west of the Paris conurbation.
