The somnOO Group and the Proark Group announce the successful completion of the operational takeover of four hotels in Germany: Vienna House Baltic Stralsund, Vienna House Sonne Rostock, Vienna House Easy Die Kleine Sonne Rostock, and Vienna House Thüringer Hof Eisenach. As the existing owner of the real estate assets, Proark recently decided to bring the operations of these four hotels in-house. Following this strategic decision, Proark and somnOO worked closely together to ensure a structured and seamless operational transition. This joint effort leveraged somnOO’s expertise as hotel owner and operator to assist in the efficient management of this transfer.
The primary objective was to ensure stable hotel operations, service continuity for guests, and support for local teams. Thanks to this close collaboration, the four hotels were successfully integrated into Proark’s new operational structure and are now positioned for optimized performance under Proark’s direct management.
