SomnOO acquires two new hotels in the south of France

Last September, somnOO acquired two new hotels in the south of France, expanding its portfolio:

- BRIT Hotel Marseille Aéroport: This 3-star hotel is modern and conveniently located just a few minutes from Marseille Provence Airport (8km). With 42 well-equipped rooms, it has many amenities such as the Restaurant Le Nine and meeting rooms, making it a good spot for both business and leisure travels.

- BRIT Hotel Martigues: Located ten minutes away from the city center of Martigues, also called the Little Venice of Provence, this 3-star hotel features 48 comfortable rooms, a bar, and a swimming pool. It is an ideal location for both business travelers and tourists.

The acquisitions were carried out together with somnOO’s long standing equity partners under council of:
