SomnOO acquires 2 hotels in France from its co-investors

Team somnOO has taken another milestone in the pursuit of their long-term European owner operator strategy.

SomnOO’s ownership strategy is built on 2 cycles:

In November 2022, somnOO has acquired the shares of co-investors of the Best Western Grasse Elixir and the ibis styles Besancon. The co-investors return expectation was overachieved and somnOO’s majority held portfolio has grown to 10 hotels.

The 2-cycle strategy allows somnOO the development of a long-term operator platform whilst keeping a sound capital structure.

The refinancing and share purchase were backed by our partners:
