At somnOO, hotel renovations are an opportunity to innovate, support our teams, and reduce our environmental footprint. Over the past months, several of our hotels have undergone significant renovations, each carefully planned to enhance operational efficiency, improve sustainability, and integrate feedback from our teams.
Transforming Our Hotels with Purpose
🔹 Ibis Styles Besançon
The last 18 rooms on the 4th floor had not been renovated in 20 years. We modernized them with a fresh design while integrating staff feedback to make daily operations more efficient and upgraded the rooms and bathrooms to meet our guests' needs.
🔹 Greet Montbéliard
A full rebranding and renovation of a 62-room hotel, transitioning to the eco-friendly Greet brand (Accor). Improvements include a centralized climate control system for energy savings, a complete fire safety upgrade, and extensive refurbishments of public spaces and the exterior.
🔹 Première Classe Annecy
This 50-room hotel in an important touristic destination was completely renovated, from the rooms and bathrooms to the replacement of outdated electric heating to reversible air conditioning, leading to better energy efficiency. We also upgraded fire safety systems, corridors, electrical systems, and general infrastructure.
🔹 Ibis Nogent
The 74 rooms and bathrooms were completely renovated, along with the hallways, ensuring a modern and comfortable guest experience.
