Four Hotels Transition to Majority Ownership by somnOO Following the Acquisition of 123 Investment Managers’ Shares

 

Paris, November 20, 2025

The somnOO group announces that it has finalized the acquisition of 123 IM’s stakes in four hotels previously held through a co-investment structure. Already operated by somnOO, these properties now fully join its portfolio as majority-owned assets, including both real estate and operations.

This transaction highlights the strength of the partnership model built between the two parties—rooted in transparency, aligned interests, and value creation. It enables 123 IM to secure a return on investment consistent with the initial commitments, with managed liquidity, while enhancing somnOO’s ability to consolidate its key assets.

The four hotels involved benefit from strong locations, identified development potential, and teams already well integrated into the somnOO operating model:

  • Ibis Budget Arles Palais des Congrès – 2, 64 rooms: Located just steps from the Palais des Congrès and the Roman amphitheater, this economy hotel attracts both leisure and business guests drawn to the cultural richness of Arles and the Camargue region.
  • Ibis Styles Arles Palais des Congrès – 3, 80 rooms: Adjacent to the Ibis Budget, it offers contemporary design, family rooms, and warm communal spaces, making it a popular address for groups, seminars, and leisure travelers.
  • Hôtel de l’Univers Arras – 4, 37 rooms: A charming boutique hotel in the heart of Arras’ historic center, it stands out through its character, traditional restaurant, and premium positioning, appealing to upscale and business clientele.
  • Kyriad Grenoble Centre – 3, 56 rooms: Located near the city center as well as university and scientific hubs, this hotel welcomes both corporate and leisure guests seeking comfort and easy access.
