5 new acquisitions for somnOO

Team SomnOO is proud to announce the acquisition of 5 additional hotels:

- Posthotel Regensburg Donaustauf – 4 stars conveniently located for business and leisure near tourist sites with 71 rooms, meeting & SPA facilities, a regionally themed restaurant and bar and on-site parking.

- Relais Acropolis Nice Centre – 3 stars conveniently located for business and leisure in Nice’s city centre with 42 rooms and a bar.

- Kyriad Grenoble Centre – 3 stars in conveniently located for business trips Grenoble’s city centre with 56 rooms, a bar and on-site parking.

- The Originals Porte de Geneve – Annemasse – 3 stars conveniently located for business trips in the urban agglomeration of Geneva and Annemasse with 47 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and on-site parking.

- Sure by Best Western Lille Tourcoing – 3 stars conveniently located for business and leisure trips in the urban agglomeration of Lille and Tourcoing with 54 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and on-site parking.

The acquisitions were carried out together with somnOO’s long standing equity partners under council of:
